When seeking a window installer I was keen to avoid the cowboys and invested a significant amount of effort consulting 6 local companies. Lewingtons won my trust mainly as I found myself dealing direct with the owner (Paul Lewington) rather than a salesman. Paul’s extensive experience in the industry (as a fitter) was invaluable identifying the right product and sympathetic design and this has proven by the end result which I am happy with. The only blemish to a 100% score was an extensive snagging list but Paul’s commitment to customer care ensured that everything was sorted at his expense. I would recommend them.

Very friendly company to deal with, it is very refreshing to deal with the man in charge himself (Paul Lewington) rather than a sales rep. After quotes from several other big companies we chose a local reputable company. Overall service received was good however the bay installation was not straight forward. Measurement errors resulted in wrong window sizes being ordered although the fitters (all credit to them) worked like Trojans to make good. The issues were resolved in a timely manner with re-assurance from Paul. I don’t know if any other company would have bent over backwards to resolve the issues as these guys had done as I have no experience of using any other company but I can say this, if you need to contact Lewington’s there is always someone at the end of the phone.
