At Lewington & Son we believe that if you are replacing your roofline products why cap over the existing possibly rotten wood instead of completely replacing.
We use a 16mm board as standard and if required we can obtain Bull nose or Ogee finishes
Modern day regulations require that all Fascia/Soffit is vented therefore as standard we use concealed overhead fascia vents but can use alternative methods if required to match existing.
The cellular roof line products are made up of a foam expanded corebase with window grade PVCu co-extruded to the surface which is guaranteed not to rot, warp, shrink, split or twist or discolour. All cellular PVCu products carry a ten year insurance backed guarantee and conform to all relevant British standards, i.e durability, colour fastness, physical performance, sectional weight, flatness, thermal movement, fire resistance and impact resistance.
